PetSuites Lawrenceville
FAQ
What do I need to check in?
Please bring vaccination records, any medications (we cannot administer injections), food, emergency contact numbers and any personal items. You may bring beds, chew toys, or any manageable item that will enhance your pet’s stay. We ask that for your pet’s safety, do not bring any glass or ceramic items. (while we take every possible precaution to return all belongings in good condition, we recommend cherished items stay at home).
What should I expect after my pet’s stay?
Your pet is about to have the best time ever and meet so many new BFFs (Best Furry Friends). With that being said, they may sleep a little more when they get home or want extra dinner (or even eat less!). All of that is completely normal. You can learn more about what to expect by clicking here!
What Vaccines Are Required?
The safety of your pet is our top priority. For our canine family members, we will need proof of the DHPP, Rabies, Bordetella, and Canine Influenza (H3N8 and H3N2) vaccines. Your pet must have at least the first round of the 2 part Canine Influenza series in order to visit us and enjoy all the excitement our resort has to offer. If your puppy (3-6 months of age) is looking to enroll in Puppy Preschool, please call your local resort for vaccine requirements.
For our feline guests, we will need to see proof of a current FVRCP and Rabies vaccine.
All vaccinations must be administered by a veterinary professional.
Can I bring my own food?
YES and we highly encourage it! The best thing for the health of your pet is to stay on their regular diet. Changing your dog’s diet may result in an upset stomach while staying at PetSuites. If you bring food for your pet from home, we ask that you pre-bag the appropriate amount of food for your stay. We do have a premium veterinary diet, Purina EN, available for your convenience, should you run out or feed the same at home. Please leave bowls at home because we provide them for all of our guests.
What are the Safety Policies?

What if my pet needs veterinary care while staying at PetSuites?
If your pet needs veterinary care while during his or her stay PetSuites will try to consult with your pet’s primary veterinarian. If this is not possible, we work with several local veterinarians to resolve any medical situation that may arise. At PetSuites, our goal is to be the best place for your pet when they aren’t at home, and that means ensuring a happy, healthy and safe environment. We are pleased to offer the PetSuites Health Care Commitment Program, in which PetSuites will reimburse you up to $500 for any eligible expenses incurred while your pet is at our resort receiving boarding, daycare, training and/or grooming services. When you bring your pet to PetSuites, you are automatically enrolled in this program and will be eligible to receive this reimbursement for any treatment or diagnosis provided by your licensed veterinarian for any incident that occurred during your pet’s stay or up to 5 days after their departure. For more details regarding the program and to sign the Health Care Commitment, contact your local resort.
